These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Kamsu Online mobile application and website ("Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Platform Nature

Kamsu On line is a digital platform that connects service providers and clients. We do not directly provide household, agricultural, or training services and are not responsible for the execution of services between users.

2. User Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use Kamsu Online
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• One account per user is permitted

3. User Responsibilities

• Maintain confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform for lawful purposes only
• Do not post false, misleading, or harmful content

4. Payments & Fees

Payments may be made via UPI, QR code, or third-party gateways. Any service charges or premium features will be clearly communicated. Kamsu Online is not responsible for payment disputes between users.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activities.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kamsu On line shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from user interactions, service execution, or data loss.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and platform design are the property of Kamsu On line and may not be copied or reused without permission.

8. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal matter shall be handled only in the courts of Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh.
